The number of servings you will get from the cake depends on the cake size and the chosen portion size.
The sizing portions are:

Coffee Size: 1”x1” - normally chosen if other sweets are provided.I will provide you with a recommended cutting guide on receipt of the cake.
All inedible decorations should be removed before cutting, including flowers, foliage and cake toppers. Tiered cakes (and sometimes extended cakes) have dowels and/or a central cake boards for support and stability.

Yes, I do offer delivery with in the Melbourne Metropolitan area for an additional fee. Depending on my availability, I may be able to deliver outside of this. Please ensure the address of the event is included in your enquiry form and I will provide you with a quote.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
For any dietary requirements, please make a note of this in your enquiry and I can discuss with you what options I can provide.
Please note that all of my treats are prepared in a registered, home based kitchen where dairy, nuts and gluten may be present.
How should I transport my cake?
When picking up your order, please ensure that you take precautions to avoid damaging the products. Cakes must be kept cold during transit and will be refrigerated until collection. I recommend placing the cake on a flat surface e.g in the boot or passenger footwell with the air-conditioning on. Once you have reached your destination, place your cake in the fridge for storage. For optimum taste and texture, the cake should be brought back to room temperature before it can be served. I recommend removing it from the fridge between 1.5 to 2 hours prior to serving.
Once the order has been handed over, I cannot take responsibility for any damage that may occur. To avoid disappointment, please adhere to correct handling, storage and removal of any inedible decorations or cake supports.
How should I store your products?
Cakes: My cakes need to be kept refrigerated and taken out of the fridge about 1.5 to 2 hours before serving.
