Madz Sugar Shop commences sourcing of ingredients and decorations well in advance. Therefore, initial deposits are non-refundable.

In addition, should final payment not be received and confirmed by email no less than 1 week prior to the date of pick up or delivery, Madz Sugar Shop reserves the right to cancel the order.
